Sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning, my happy, easy-going baby was switched with a crying, fussy look-alike. She doesn't want to sleep, eat, or for me to leave the room. In a matter of seconds she can go from happily playing to sobbing. Foods she used to like, she has decided to dislike and will cry if I put a spoonful in her mouth. Granted, Milan woke up Saturday morning with a cold, but she has been sick before and not been the slightest bit grumpy. Some believe it is related to teething, but she has cut two teeth and not even whimpered (yes, you read correctly, Milan now has TWO TEETH)! Perhaps it is a combination of both, or maybe we are heading towards a not so fun stage, whatever the case, all I know is my baby has cried more in the last 3 days, than in her entire 8.5 months. I now realize just how lucky I have been to be blessed with a very easy baby.
